For the Memorial Day weekend, CBS47 wanted to know... Where's the best place to camp?

Not everyone thinks of camping the same way. There are those who like tents and sleeping bags, or an RV with beds and a TV, or maybe a place with bathrooms and showers.

We received nominations near and far and narrowed it down to the Top 4: Camp Edison at Shaver Lake, Deer Creek at Huntington Lake, Dinkey Creek at Shaver Lake, and Vermillion at Lake Thomas A Edison.

After opening the polls, Camp Edison at Shaver Lake was voted the Best Place to Camp!

Congratulations to Camp Edison and the other nominees.

Now we're on to the next category, the Best Fish & Chips!

So tell us... Where is the Central Valley's Best?
