You're on a budget but you gotta eat! CBS47 wants to know... Where is the best place to find a great meal under $10.
We're not talking about a plate of nachos or the kind of meal that comes in a bag from a drive thru. We're looking for a nice place to sit down and have a server bring you a nice meal for under $10. The tip is extra :)
