We know there are a lot of "big stages" around like the Save Mart Center, Tower Theatre, Hanford Fox, and more, but that's not what we're looking for. We want to know about the nightclub with a band on stage, or coffee house with a singer playing a piano, or the bistro with stringed instruments on the patio, or a dance hall with a Big Band orchestra... you get the idea.
