No-one saw this coming, not even the Houston Cougars, until the very last minute.

Deontay Greenberry, the State Player of the Year out of Washington Union High School, said no to Notre Dame, and yes to Houston, in a move that stunned the recruiting nation.

Greenberry set state records in receiving yards and touchdowns, and was named our 47  On Your Sidelines Player of the Year.
