Obviously there are no hard feelings between Tim DeRuyter and Memorial High School after the 'David Keller situation' because the Bulldogs' coach offered and received a scholarship commitment Wednesday from lineman Jaylen Ruiz.

The Fresno Bee was the first to report the news.

Ruiz is 6'4," 280 lbs and a three-year starter for the Panthers. He reportedly had interest from UCLA, Houston, San Jose State, SMU and Oregon State.  According to Barkboard.com, Ruiz is the second player to commit to Fresno State for the class of 2013.  (The other is a kicker from Austin, Texas.)
