Tim DeRuyter was hired as Fresno State's football coach 16 days ago.  Since then, he's been splitting his time between the Bulldogs and Texas A&M, where's he's the interim coach.  After Saturday, he won't have to worry about that anymore.

"It's been difficult," said DeRuyter on the eve of the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas.  "What we do is beginning of the day, it's all Texas A&M. Getting our game plan set, being with our team, going through the tape. But at night watching recruiting tape and calling potential staff members so it makes for a long day but I think our guys are well-prepared and I expect us to have our best game of the year tomorrow."

If you'd like to watch the Aggies (6-6) take on Northwestern (6-6) in the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas on Saturday, you can do so while having breakfast.  It starts at 9:00 AM on the west coast (11:00 AM local time in Houston).  Coach DeRuyter will lead Texas A&M in search of its first bowl win since 2001.
