Joe Wade couldn't be happier to be a part of Tim DeRuyter's coaching staff.  He gets to keep his job, of course, as Fresno State's running backs coach.  Also, he gets to keep working with Robbie Rouse.

Wade has been on staff since 2009; he also worked with Ryan Mathews.  He's also the only position coach Tim DeRuyter chose to keep from Pat Hill's staff.

With four years of experience in Fresno, Joe Wade is now the veteran.

"He has treated me in a first-class manner from the beginning," said Wade of DeRuyter.  "I'm just excited to continue that relationship and I'm really looking forward to the future. I think he has a lot of great ideas and a great vision for the Bulldog future. And it's just exciting to be a part of that."
