CBS47 is partnering with Walgreens to give FREE Flu Shots on Wednesday, January 18th to the uninsured/underserved.
The Free Flu Shot Drive takes place 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the front parking lot at the CBS47 Studios, located at 4880 N. First Street, across from Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno.
Central Valley Walgreens Drugstores (41 including Children's Hospital Central California) employ over 120 Certified Immunizing Pharmacists, all of which provide 11 different vaccines ALL DAY, EVERY DAY - including the highly sought after Shingles (Zostavax) vaccine.
On Wednesday, January 18th, Walgreens Pharmacists will provide Flu Shots at no charge to individuals based only on the following 3 criteria:
*Patients are at least 7-years-old
*Patients have no insurance coverage for a Flu Shot
*Patients can not afford to pay for their Flu Shot
All patients who receive their Flu Shot on January 18, 2012 will also receive a voucher for a free 8x10 enlargement of their favorite personal photo. Simply bring your picture and voucher to any of the Central Valley Walgreen Drugstores to redeem.
