Join CBS47 at the 7th Annual Healing Hearts Relief Golf Tournament, Monday, September 17th at the Sunnyside Country Club.

The annual event benefits the Fresno Rescue Mission, who has partnered with the Fresno Police Chaplaincy, to help mend hearts that have been broken, healing our city one life at a time.

The Fresno Police Chaplaincy serves citizens, as well as Police Officers in the City of Fresno. They provide confidential counseling, crisis intervention, critical incident stress management and assist with neighborhood events, police calls, follow ups and referrals.

Since 1949, the Fresno Rescue Mission has been helping homeless and at-risk individuals with not only physical needs of food, clothing and shelter, but also providing spiritual support.

The Fresno Rescue Mission, Inc. is a nonprofit, Christ-centered, charitable organization open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day to help Fresno’s homeless and people in need.

Cost for the tournament is $175 per player, which includes green fees, golf cart, buffet lunch, beverages, tee prizes and post-tournament hors d’oeuvres.

Registration for the tournament begins at 10:30 a.m. A buffet lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and the 4-person scramble shotgun start begins at 12:30 p.m.

Sunnyside Country Club is located at 5704 East Butler Avenue in Fresno.
