Chef Ryan showed how to make a delicious breakfast pizza with sausage gravy and followed it up with a peach Bellinis.

Chef Ryan was one of San Francisco's "Best Young Chefs" & the executive chef of a 4-star restaurant in Napa. He pairs that culinary expertise with fresh local ingredients - like farm fresh eggs, heirloom tomatoes straight from the garden, and homemade sausage gravy (where, yes, even the sausage is homemade).

Stop by School House Restaurant in Sanger for brunch sometime... or on Monday nights! Starting at 4pm, Chef Ryan is doing football fare and drinks in the bar area. I can't wait to see what he does with ribs & wings!

The pizza is made with fresh dough, oven baked heirloom tomatoes, fresh jalapeno, scrambled eggs, big chunks of bacon, red onions, fresh basil pesto, shaved parmesan reggiano... all combined into an amazing brunch experience (and yummy with the peach bellini made of fresh peach puree, simple syrup, and sparkling beverage).

Watch CBS47 This Morning next Friday to see what Chef Ryan is cooking up!
