The Red Balloon Race takes place Saturday, February 9th at Fig Garden Village benefits Children's Hospital Central California.
The event is sponsored by Sole to Soul Sports located in Fig Garden Village and Visalia.
Runners will carry balloons representing children helped by Children's Hospital.
Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and the 5K run/walk begins at 9:00 a.m. with awards at 10:00 a.m.
The cost to enter is $25 in advance or $30 the day of the race. Children 12 and under are $10/$15. Runners can also purchase additional balloons for $10 each and all proceeds benefit Children's Hospital.
