Just give a pint of blood at any Central California Blood Center locations in Fresno, Visalia and Porterville or at a Mobile Blood Center during the Pint for a Pass Blood Drive and you will receive a cool tee shirt and a "buy one, get one free" voucher for admission to the 2012 Big Fresno Fair, which returns to the fairgrounds October 3-14!
The Central California Blood Center is the sole provider of blood and blood products for the 31 hospitals in Fresno, Tulare, Madera, Kings and Mariposa Counties and must collect between 5,000 to 6,000 pints of blood a month to meet the needs of our Valley community. Summer months are especially challenging for the Valley’s blood supply, so the “Pint for a Pass” Blood Drive is designed to help encourage new and returning donors to come out and give.
