The Walgreens Wellness Tour is stopping in various locations around the Central Valley this month. The specially-equipped bus will provide free health tests and services for anyone 18 and older. They include cholesterol and glucose screenings, blood pressure checks and a comprehensive weight assessment.
According to the company, the program is "a four-year, $100 million initiative improving the everyday health of Americans nationwide. The initiative also provides accessible, affordable resources for prevention and early detection of major chronic diseases – heart disease, cancer and diabetes."
