Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) offers free tax help February 1 through April 15.
To qualify for the free assistance, you're household income must be less than $50,000.
You may also qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and if eligible, you may qualify for up to $5,751 in additional refund money.
VITA helped over 6,000 families file their taxes last year.
