The Fresno City College Wind Ensemble has been invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

The performance will be part of the International Music Festival April 7th-11th.

There are about 60 students preparing for the trip, that is expected to cost around $100,000, so fundraisers are being planned to help offset the expense.

Students are raising money through various fundraisers and a benefit concert is also planned to raise the bulk of the money.

The concert takes place Saturday, December 8th at the restored Old Administration Building Auditorium. Tickets are $50 for VIP or $20 for general admission.

Call the FCC Theatre Box Office at (559) 442-8221 to purchase tickets or purchase them online at www.fresnocitycollege.edu/boxofficetickets.
