In these challenging economic times, budgets are limiting resources to public libraries… but you can help!
Just get your old books together and bring them to the CBS47 On Your Side Collection Drive, August 10th at the CBS47 Studios from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
You can also make a book donation to any Fresno County Public Library.
After the collection drive, a public book sale will be held to raise money for our libraries, so we need all your books. The sale will be held inside Sierra Vista Mall, August 25th through 28th, with proceeds to benefit the Reading & Literacy Programs in Fresno County Libraries. Any unsold books will then be donated to the library.
CBS47 is located at 4880 N. First Street, just south of Shaw Avenue in Fresno.
