College football writer Phil Steele has released his 2012-2013 bowl projections and he has Fresno State matched up against Houston in the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl on December 29th.
The game takes place in Fort Worth, Texas.
The Armed Forces Bowl features a team from the Mountain West Conference against a team from Conference USA. The Bulldogs missed out on a bowl game last season after finishing with a 4-9 record. Before that, they'd been to bowl games in eleven of the past 12 years; however, they've only won one of their last five bowl games.
