Nevada running back Stefphon Jefferson, a graduate of El Diamante High School in Visalia, tied an NCAA record by scoring seven touchdowns (six rushing, one receiving) in the Wolf Pack's win at Hawai'i on Saturday.

Jefferson is one of four players to have done that.  Here are the other three guys with whom he now shares the record:

- Arnold “Showboat” Boykin, Ole Miss vs. Mississippi St., Dec. 1, 1951
- Marshall Faulk, San Diego St. vs. Pacific, Sept. 14, 1991
- Rashaun Woods, Oklahoma St. vs. SMU, Sept. 20, 2003

(Thanks to the Reno Gazette-Journal for doing the research.)
