You can't blame Eric Kendricks for UCLA getting blown out in Thursday's Holiday Bowl.

The ex-Hoover High Patriot led the 17th-ranked Bruins with 14 tackles, finishing the season third on the school's all-time single-season list with 151.

He also had two forced fumbles in the game, a game won by Baylor, 49-26.

"We're going to take these losses and really apply it to our offseason workouts," said Kendricks to ESPN.com.

"I'm going to remember them when I'm training."

UCLA (9-5) finished the season with three straight losses.
