After a season opening win over Weber State last Saturday, Fresno State faces a much tougher test this Saturday when it plays at Oregon.

The 4th-ranked Ducks are picked to win the Pac-12 North and they won their season opener over Arkansas State by scoring 50 points in the first half.

So what is Tim DeRuyter's strategy?

"Try to make a team left-handed," said the first-year Bulldogs coach.  "If they want to go to their right in basketball, make them go to their left.  If you can take one side away, you give yourself a chance.

"We evaluate as a staff what we think their strengths and weaknesses are and we try to minimize their strengths and make them play their weaknesses. That's how we'll try to defend them."

When asked at practice on Wednesday if Oregon has a weakness on offense, Coach DeRuyter interrupted the reporter, said "no," then laughed.

"It's tough to find one.  They're very very good," he said.
